We offer an easy 7 days return policy for any defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete item at the time of delivery. The valid reason should be as per below:
- Delivered item is physically damaged/broken or defective (refers to dead on arrival).
- “Is No Longer Needed” refers to when you have changed your mind after receiving the item due to size, color, doesn’t fit. This reason is applicable to only our listed fashion items and this is mentioned in our product details.
- Incorrect/incomplete item refers to the mismatch with the presentation of website image and product details.

If you have received a non-returnable item that falls under any of our return reasons, still you can contact us within 7 to 9 days of delivery and we will have a look at this issue.
Conditions for Returns
We do not cater to any return request if that is in an inadequate condition. We reserve the rightfully to send you back the item. To avoid this, you need to be concerned in the below points:
- The returned item must include all the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and other accessories. It needs to be returned in the same condition as it was in delivery time.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Any kind of tampering is strictly prohibited. Fashion items can be tried on to see if they fit or not.
- The items must be returned with all original packaging and box including manufacturer one.
